Arizona Crossing Pub, formerly The Cross, Kingswinford (2009).
An Interesting House, Kingswinford (2009). We have no information on the history of this house, but despite its modern windows, we found it quite quirky.
The Old Court House Bar & Grill, Kingswinford (2009). This pub faces the Village Green and was used as as its name suggests, as a Court House. It was taken over by the brewery in 1900. In 1921, it was known as Old Court House Inn and Frederick Hinton was the Publican.

St Mary's Church, Kingswinford (2009). The cladding which has been added to the church is evident from this photograph and sadly, is not in keeping with the sandstone tower.

St Mary's Church, Kingswinford (2009). This is only a small part of what is an immense churchyard. The new are mixed with the old and this appears to be common practice amongst a lot of the churches we have visited.

King George VI Park, Kingswinford (2009). It was the sound of the ducks quacking when we were in the churchyard that drew us to this park, which I am ashamed to say we had never visited before. It is in a beautiful setting and the lake is truly hypnotic. There are waterfowl and it is a breeding site for several species, including mute swans. It is also regularly used by rare species such as Kingfishers. This park is truly worth a visit.

King George VI Park, Kingswinford (2009). I could not resist photographing this tree stump. It's knarled roots and spikey branches make it look like something out of Dr Who!
